 We serve residents of Schleicher County who are referred by a partner organization or approved directly by Eldorado Service Center staff. If you’re not sure if you qualify, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

Nothing. There is no charge to enrolled participants. All items are “purchased” using monthly store credits provided by the program.

Each household receives approximately $90 in monthly credit, based on current product pricing. These credits are refreshed monthly.

No. Credits reset at the beginning of each month, so we encourage you to shop while your balance is active.

Our inventory includes hygiene and cleaning items like:

• Toilet paper
• Shampoo and soap
• Toothpaste and mouthwash
• Laundry detergent
• Razors, deodorant, and more

Yes! That’s the heart of the program. You decide what’s most helpful for your household.

No problem. We’ll help you place your order by phone or in person at the Eldorado Service Center. You’re still eligible for the full program.

Yes. If you’re a caregiver, family member, or volunteer supporting someone who qualifies, you can help submit orders on their behalf with permission.

Pickup is available at the Eldorado Service Center (400 W Murchison) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00–11:00 AM. You’ll choose a time when placing your order.

We’ll reach out to help you reschedule. If an order isn’t picked up within 5 business days, it may be returned to inventory so others can access those items.

Absolutely. Financial donations help fund credits for families. You can also donate new, unopened hygiene products or sign up to volunteer.

We prioritize general-use donations so we can serve all families fairly and efficiently. However, we’re happy to discuss specific item sponsorships or donor interests — just reach out.
